Hooke Audio is a consumer electronics company centered around a proprietary two-channel bluetooth recording codec that comes to life in their two products the Hooke Verse and Hooke Lav. The Verse is an in-ear microphone headset that makes you a part of the microphone. It uses the spacing and contours of your ear to record your world of sound in its most human form. The Hooke Lav applies this same wireless two-channel concept to the traditional lavalier microphone, taking it to a new level of versatility. I was brought on initially to help with a few assets for the Verse, but then was tasked with developing the overall branding for the launch of Hooke Lav. The branding efforts shown here were a total success, playing a role in Hooke Audio being acquired by Logitech in 2021.

Hooke Audio set out to launch a new wireless microphone product in 2020, the Hooke Lav, which presented an opportunity to create a more distinct/consistent visual identity for Hooke Audio as a whole. The goal was to expand on the existing color palette, and use consistent intention with elements like tone, typography and photography to establish a more defined brand identity. The materials below are snapshots pulled from investor decks and conference presentations that helped lead to Hooke Audio being acquired by Logitech in 2021 with a wireless two-channel microphone set to launch in Q3 2022.

By displaying the settings in a table layout, users get a full perspective of the options available and have clear access to helpful tutorials all in full view on the same settings screen.

B&H presented the opportunity for a Hooke Verse product display. Because the Verse is such a unique concept, in-ear microphones, the goal here was to photoshop an in-use image that gives the customer a clear idea of how the product can be used as they pick it up off the display peg.
